Our class of Master of Marketing Management 2008-2009 at Instituto de Empresa had a chance to visit Shanghai during a one-week academic trip sponsored by Publiespaña in June 2009, which left us with an unforgettable experience about the Chinese culture and business.

We would like to share with you our exotic experience during the trip to this city, both from the personal and professional angles. We hope this short trip diary will give you some guidance about
the city and make you feel attracted to visit it in the future. We are not sure whether you would have the same feelings about the city once you get there, as every one of us has his own perspectives, but one thing we are sure of is that someday when you visit the city, you will definitely find yourself lost in transition.
