2009 Dec 27 2It usually depends on the cost of the economy ticket and other factors like the date. You have to ask the airline.
Also ask if you can pay to upgrade after you board. Some airlines allow economy passengers to upgrade to business class for a fixed fee if there are available seats in BC once everyone is on board. Of course, that only works if BC is not full.
